For nearly three decades, Agri-Fine has helped fuel our nation’s proud agricultural sector. We partner with the food industry’s leading vegetable oil refiners to convert their natural co-products into a highly nutritional, all-vegetable ingredients for the livestock feed industry.  It’s a niche business, but an important one and we do it well. Today, Agri-Fine is the largest producer of acidulated soapstock in the United States, and we’re growing.

Though we are the industry leader, Agri-Fine is still a family-owned business that takes pride in carrying on Chicago’s long manufacturing tradition.  Our on-site laboratory testing ensures that our products meet buyer specifications and exceed industry standards.  Agri-Fine’s logistical expertise and massive rail fleet guarantee safe and timely delivery to customers from the Midwest to the Middle East.  Our team – from the salespeople to the engineers to the executives – have decades of combined experience in the industry, and that knowledge translates into reliable, long-term relationships with our business partners.

At Agri-Fine, success is not measured solely by the bottom line.  The very heart of our business – recycling oil co-products into reusable animal feed ingredients – is based on sustainability, and this green mindset impacts everything we do.  We carefully select our source material to ensure there are no chemical contaminants or animal co-products. By the end of 2012, our plant will be the first fully LED-lighted industrial facility in Chicago.  Over the last three years, Agri-Fine has installed state-of-the-art air compressors and steam generators.  We invest in green technology because we believe that providing the highest quality product includes reducing the impact on our environment.
